How's is this trade offer for Andre Johnson?

Been offered Nate Burleson and M. Sims Walker for Andre Johnson. My other receivers are Santonio Holmes, Berrian, Santana Moss, Ted Ginn. We play 3 receivers a week and I don't really have a great receiver after Andre so getting 2 second tier guys fir a 1st tier may be a decent option. Any thought?

Burleson is good, Walker could be good, but way to untested. Why give away one of the best recievers for 2 lesser WRs?
