I would do that right now. Lynch has looked good in his first game back. Fitz is a step up over Harvin at this point in Harvin's career.

Obviously Fitz is better then Harvin... Brown is better then Lynch but Lynch has regained his role as lead back since coming off his injury and although I don't think he'll ever put up great numbers he's effective so I'd go ahead and make the trade.
