The Skins desperately need a win and will just go back to basics, what was working the 1stH of last year, and KC's D is nothing special, let's face it. Zorn will lean on Portis while he's healthy (even if the O-line isn't) to try and save his job (which probably won't work anyway, but what the hell) and Portis (and to a lesser extent Santana Moss) IS the real leader of the Skins offense regardless of what Campbell and Zorn say, and I see him hjaving a very nice day should the Skins pull off the win.
You have to start Rice bc he is a play-maker, he is really the #1RB eventhough McGahee has most of the TDs on the ground, and while MINN run D is STOUT beyond stout, Rice will catch a few balls in the flat on blitzes and he will have some room to run after the catch in a game where there will be more poi ts than many expect imo --- and that's coming form an owner of MINN D/ST, the top fantasy D/ST to date.
As for Slaton, his sophomore slump appears to be in full swing as evidenced by his very low ypc, a big red flag imo. I went so far as to trade him after his 2TD performance, selling high and acquiring BMarshall in return, whom I am more than happy with going forward. Add to the fact that Moats is seeing increased carries every week and Chris Brown is getting the goalline looks (whether Kubiak is right or wrong in doing this), and you have a recipe for disappointment most weeks after a stellar rookie campaign for slaton last year.
