perplexing Hightower or McCoy

I need to start another RB, and I was leaning towards McCoy vs the raiders or Hightower vs Seattle. Hightower is my starter but I'm a little concerned about how Seattle shut down Jones-Drew last week. McCoy will get the garbage time against the raiders and the mistake of not playing bradshaw over jacobs last week still haunts me ahahahah....Any help will be appreciated...
