Need help selecting RBs & WRs - Help! Please!

I’m currently projected as a 16 point underdog in this week’s matchup so I need to find points anywhere I can.

Current Starters
QB Drew Brees
RB Matt Forte @ Atl
RB Thomas Jones - Buf
RB/WR Brian Westbrook @ Oak
WR Wes Welker - Ten
WR Santonio Holmes - Cle
TE Kellen Winslow
D/ST Packers **
K Nate Kaeding **

Bench
QB Eli Manning
WR Braylon Edwards - Buf
WR Michael Crabtree (bye)
WR Jeremy Maclin ** @Oak
WR Nate Burleson ** @Ari
RB Ricky Williams (bye)
D/ST Vikings

** = roster additions this week

With Ely’s foot and 70,000 wild Cajuns I've got to go with Brees over Manning.

Now I’m trying to decide what to do with my RBs and WRs

Please read below. Your thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Oakland is so sad that I’ve just about got to start Westbrook and Maclin, but….
Arizona is LAST in pass defense so Burleson could very well bust out at home.
Braylon Edwards has new life with the Jets and Sanchez is infatuated with him, but…
The Bills are 19th in total defense yet have the 6th best pass defense in the league.
Matt Forte is coming off a bye week and ESPN is projecting 16 points against the Falcons
who happen to be 24th against the run.
Thomas Jones came through with 2 TDs against Mia and the Bills are 29th in run defense.
Wes Welker was targeted 15 times last week. He and Tom are going against the Titans who have, depending on your point of view, the 31st best or 2nd worst pass defense in the league.

Thanks for your feedback!
