Well, I love Leon and his return yards to start with, the Jets are looking to get him more involved with the offense anyway, and he is a bonafie homerun threat any time he touches the ball. Next I would go with Moreno, as SD cannot stop the run this year with any kind of effectiveness and the Chargers are giving up the the most points to fantasy RBs per game thru 5 weeks. GB will put 8-9 in the box to contain KSMith and in turn render Detroit's offense impotent imo, and while Mason will certainly get more looks than LAST week (0 catches), any RB will get more touches and therefore the start fantasy-wise.
Finley has been a nice surprise and his only TD came against those same Detroit Lions, but Winslow has become the focal-point of the Tampa Bay offense and the favorite target of green QB Josh Johnson, and that won't change any time soon.

I'd have a hard time sitting Smith - he sees the ball a lot, a whole lot. With Johnson out, I think he'll see the ball even more - but be more of a focus for the GB D.
In your league, where does Leon stack up RB wise (I've never played in a return league) - if he's a top 10 back, then I would start him over Smith.
Kate Upton's Husband - dead Mr. Blonde - champ Yo Soy Fiesta - dead Old South - champ Full of Fanta Tonight - champ Sex Panther (SB) - dead Sex Panther (FF) - dead Sex Panther (IBL) - dead Sex Panther (Dynasty) dead
Smith would be a nice option IF Detroit stays in the game, which they won't. Once they go down by 2 TD's, the run is out the window and they go to the air.
IMHO..

Moreno and Smith. I may be blinded by my man crush, but I think Kevin Smith is an every week starter, regardless of matchup. He's played Minnesota, Washington, Chicago AND Pittsburgh and still got you 7, 12, 17, and 9.5 points respectively. I love his chances vs. a very un-scary packers D.
I like Winslow here. Finley is too hot and cold IMO.
Moreno is a must start against the Chargers. Primetime division rival who can't stop the run. Kevin Smith is their workhorse and I would start him even though I don't like the matchup as GB will key in on him with Stafford/Megatron likely out.
Even though I expect Finley to play well, Winslow is the proven TE with the hot hand right now. Stick with Kellen.
