Flex Position Help

I can start a WR or TE in the Flex spot. PPR League.

Should I start Welker or WInslow?

Welker has only played 3 games and is still limited in practice with his knee. WInslow is having his best year ever has had 3 good games (2monster games) and 2 games where he only got 5 fantsy points each. It's raining and windy in NE. My gut says always play Welker but I had Winslow on my bench last week and regretted it. Thanks.

i think in ppr welker is the guy

I hate that when that happens, but I'd probably stay stick with Welker.
