Help with FLEX *WHIR*

OK, Well i'm in a PPR league (*1.5 points a catch/10 yards point) and I am having problems with my flex this week.

My current Lineup is:

R. White vs CHI
T.J. Houshmandzadeh vs ARI
M. Jones-Drew vs Stl
C. Portis vs KC

For Flex the choices are

A. Johnson @ cin *( I know we dont' sit studs.. but CIN has been shutting down No 1 WR's all season)
R. Rice @ Min (Tough rushing defense but he should get some short passes)
P. Thomas vs NYG (tough matchup)
C. Ochocinco vs Hou ( Palmer's Thumb is messed up)
V. Jackson vs Den (?)
L. McCoy @oak (could have a good game but is more of a sleeper option cause of westbrook)
