I have to start 3 RB.

I have Grant, PT Cruiser, M Bell, F Jackson, Norwood, McClain, Forsett, J Harrison.

I wouldn't especially against one of the best defenses in the league.

I would consider McClain or Forssett over Bell myself.

Agree -- Grant and PT, but then maybe McClain or Forsett. NO spreads the ball too much, and NY is too good to start Bell as well.
