I'm not so sure Oregon would run over TCU. I watched the BYU game and the D looked incredible. I'd hate to be Utah in two weeks. The others wouldn't be a problem though, especially if Cincy doesn't have Pike.

Using a game with a vastly overrated BYU team as an example of how good TCU's defense doesn't hold much water. TCU does play pretty good ball on the defensive side but they can't stop Oregon right now. USC has a pretty good defense too.
Can anyone explain to me why USC is ahead of Oregon in the newest BCS standings?
They both have one bad loss (Washington, Stanford). They both have one good out of conference win (Ohio St, Boise St). Oregon beat USC when they played each other. They have the same record. Am I missing something or is this all the same old stupid USC bias?
It's BS, but at this point it doesn't matter anyway. Our outside shot at a NC is done. We control our destiny for the Pac 10 title and roses. That's the focus. Wouldn't it be funny to win the Pac 10 and be ranked below USC, who we smoked?
Yo, Met... thanks for the sig! GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

psst...Boise beat Oregon...my guess is USC gets the slight bump based on the quality win over Ohio State

USC should not be over Oregon, they lost to Oregon. I don't care about strength of wins. They both have 2 losses and one beat the other, and beat them soundly. Oregon should be in front of them, plain and simple.
Boise would beat Washington, who USC lost to, and beat Oregon, who USC lost to. There should be no argument. There is though because the media, coaches, and apperantly computers all get on their knees for USC
