Coming off an absolutely putrid game, for some reason, I've been offered a trade for Matt Forte. Here it is

I'd be getting: Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams
I'd be giving: Matt Forte and Ahmad Bradshaw

I'm in a standard yahoo league: 12 teams. Here's my roster:

QB Brett Favre
RB Frank Gore
RB Matt Forte
WR Andre Johnson
WR Marques Colston
TE Dallas Clark
Flex Rashard Mendenhall
DEF Philadelphia
K Mason Crosby
Bench: Ahmad Bradshaw, Glen Coffee, Jeremy Maclin, Mark Sanchez, Jermichael Finley.

So now that you guys got all the tools, what do you think of the trade? I might be overreacting a little bit, but I was tempted to give up Forte in a heartbeat after his game last night. As soon as I saw that trade offer, I started to salivate. At the same time, however, maybe this was just a bad game for Forte. Granted, he's had a lot of bad games, but he really got it going last year toward the end of the year. I'd be losing Bradshaw too, who has been surprisingly valuable to my team. I love Ronnie Brown though, and can't help but consider this trade. What do you guys think? Leave a link and I'll get back to you. That is, if I like the advice you leave me

I think you do this trade in a heartbeat. With Henne as the QB in Miami, they run the ball a lot. Since Henne has been a decent replacement for Pennington, they have room to run as well. The Falcons aren't the best against the run and Forte did nothing against them. Make this trade forthwith. Even splitting carries, Brown and Williams have combined for almost 800 yds rushing and 7 TDs.

I would do the deal. Miami is definitely a run-oriented team. After watching the Bears, it seems they are moving towards airing it out more this year with Cutler.

I would do it

I like Brown better than Forte as a starter
but I like Bradshaw better as a backup.. but with your team you would probably rarely use him anyways and Ricky is basically having the same season as Bradshaw
