I should be 4-2 after tonight (unless Marshall blows up for 3TD), but that is without help from my 1st round pick Forte. Except for bye weeks I think I might just have to go with Rice and Mendenhall. What should I do with Forte?

I would agree that Rice and Mendenhall are your 2 starters. For now, I would hold onto Forte as your #3 RB. Forte has favorable matchups this week at Cincinnati which has suffered a number of injuries to their DL and next week against Cleveland at home. I'm sure that you could probably find rankings that list Forte ahead of Rice and Mendenhall in the upcoming weeks.

If Forte produces in the next two weeks, then you can consider shopping him.

Dont even think about trading Forte right now. His value is too low right now. He is still a Rb that is not in a RBBC, catches the ball and gets goal line carries. Wait until he has a breakout game before shopping him. You have a nice RB trio, hang onto that depth. Rb's in the NFL can get hurt anytime.

Since you have the depth, I wouldn't consider selling low right now. If you were hurting at RB, that might be a different story. I've got Forte myself, but I'm forced to start him due to a lack of better options.
