Need help at RB, what should I do? Was offered Lynch

Postby Kelly4477 » Tue Oct 20, 2009 9:35 am

I need serious help at RB, was offered his Lynch & Massoqui for my Steve Smith (NYG). Is this a fair trade, considering I have a ton of WR's. But not too keen on Lynch...Also on waivers is Michael Bush, Mike Bell, Fargas, Kevin Faulk, etc.

My team:
QB - Brady
RB - SJax, Grant, F.Jackson, D.Brown, F. Jones, S.Greene
WR - White, Marshall, Harvin, S.Smith (NYG), Manningham, S. Moss, Garcon, Maclin
TE - Olsen
K - Elam
D - San Diego, Indy

His team:

QB - Rodgers, E.Manning
RB - JonesDrew, Barber, Lynch, J. Stewart, Choice
WR - Smith (Car), Berrian, V. Jackson, Massaquoi, Clayton
TE - Shockey, Lewis
K - Reed
D - Carolina, Baltimore, NO

Thanks, leave link and WHIR!!!

id chill with what you have.

Grant, S jax, and donald brown are good...you can probly start 3 RBs max i assume, so adding lynch really isnt going to help your situation.

Having what you have at WR is also good..that trade will only do more damage to your roster than helping

Thank you, should I try to get Stewart? I really need to ship off some of these WR's, who could I offer for him?

Lynch isn't a bad RB to go after.

That isn't a terrible offer. He's a solid low-end #1 RB when healthy.

I believe i'd do that deal you have the room at WR.

I'm not sure I would do that. It's not a bad deal, but I'm not sure that Lynch is enough of an upgrde over your current RBs to give up Smith. Of course, I really like Smith. If you trade him, I would make sure you get a RB who is clearly better than Jax and Grant.
