Trade just proposed to me, 12 team PPR league. QB/2RB/3WR/TE/DST/K

QB: Cutler, Orton
RB: Forte, Grant, Wells, Buckhalter
WR: R Moss, Marshall, Hester, Knox
TE: Olsen
Def: Green Bay, Denver

I am 1st on waivers and was going to pick up either Maroney or Shiancoe.

I'm not exactly sold on Johnson as half of his points are from one game, and the Titans always seem to play from behind.
