TJones/Lynch/L Johnson/ Flx Jones- Who to trade? i cant win!

i have too many RBs( cos i saw/see potentiol in all of em) but my roster depth has really decreased i can only start 2. im in 12 team basic league( no ppr and 14 players on the roster). which one of these should i trade. Im thinking Larry Johnson- guru is predicting him 14 points this week so i think i cud get a decent trade for him. and Marshawn. maybe felix.

QB- P Rivers, David Garrard
RB- T Jones, M Lynch, L Johnson, F Jones
WR- Mike Sims Walker, Steve Smith( Carolina), Devin Hester, Terrel Owens
TE- Jermichael Finley, Todd Heap
K- Rob Bironas(getting rid of him this week)
DST- Ravens

so not a a good team tbh. the draft killed me... im mainly looking to trade for a WR. and i dnt know whether to release TOwens or not.
Pleeease reply : ) i will give you my (noob) opinion on any of your queries.

It depends on your roster and what you are looking for. I don't think you will get much for Lynch or LJ, Felix will need to put in a decent week to be worth anything and you need to keep TJ for your team.

You have some moveable pieces, however, not many that hold substantial value...

Garrard - you don't need him w/ Rivers BYE out of the way.
Lynch, Johnson, Jones - all 3 are just guys at this point - Felix is the only one who has produced, but he's hurt
Smith and Ownes may have some name value left - but that's quickly fading/already worthless

Without knowing what other teams rosters look like, it's hard to put together a viable trade scenario.

I would look at the rosters of owners who have Brady or Palmer on their roster - try to sell them Garrard for the week 8 BYE replacement (JAX plays Tennessee) and package him with 1 of your RB or WR (or a RB and WR) for something that could help you.

If either of those guys has FJax on their roster, Lynch may look more valuable - in that case, depending on their back QB situation, you may actually be able to get something decent for Garrard/Lynch/Smith or Owens
