Heath Miller for T.O. WHIR

So here it is: my leaguemate just offered me TO for Miller. I have a solid WR core for a 12 team league in S. Smith (NYG) M. Sims-Walker, and Santonio Holmes. Additionally, I have no particular use for Miller due to the fact that I have Antonio Gates, and I only picked up miller to play him on Gates' bye week. My questions:

Does anyone see a reason not to accept this trade? Does anyone think Owens has a legitimate shot at becoming a playable WR better than what I currently have? Should I hold out, hope Miller stays at his current sell high position and try for something better?

h - e double hockey sticks no. The reason why u dont trade Miller is because you should package miller and Holmes and upgrade your WR corps. hell try to package miller and holmes and find the guy with jennings or even calvin. unless TO gets traded stay away from him. Miller has resale value. TO doesnt
