Is Heath Miller worth Ryan Grant?

I'm currently 3 - 3 and have a big weak spot at TE with Jermichael Finley and Dustin Keller.

Finley has had one good game and should be decent. Keller's done nada. Neither can be counted on for points.

League mate has Heath Miller and Jason Witten and is willing to trade Miller for my Grant.

My other RBs are Benson, Westbrook, and Mendenhall.

With Mendenhall named the starter I feel more comfortable trading a RB but Grant for Miller just seems a little unbalanced in his favor.

Thoughts? Is Miller a TE1?
