Need some advice/help with a QB trade

Hi all. Looking for some suggestions/advice on making a QB trade. This is my first year playing FF and I've never been into football much before this season. Here's some info on my league and team:

Each week we start 1 qb, 1 rb, 2 wr, 1 te, 1 k , 1 dst and 1 flex

Curently I have:

QB - Tony Romo
RB - Frank Gore, Ray Rice, Julius Jones, Cadillac Williams
WR - Calvin Johnson, Donald Driver, TJ Housh, Braylon Edwards, Hakeen Nicks, Massaquoi
TE - Heath Miller, Greg Olsen
K - Ryan Longwell
DST - Denver, Green Bay

My team is in 2nd place right now. Aside from some unfortunate luck with Gore and Johnson getting hurt, my team has done pretty well so far. The one thing I'm missing is a QB that puts up points consistently. Romo either has a huge game or a horrible game.

Here are some of the QB's I'm scouting (pairs mean they are owned by the same team):
(Brady, Schaub), (Rodgers, Orton) (Flacco, P.Manning)

Obviously these guys have a QB to spare. The guy who ownes Flacco and Manning is in first place, so I don't expect that he'll want to trade.

What I want to do is trade Romo and another one of my guys for one of those QB's. If you were doing the trade, what would be fair? I've had one of them offer me Rodgers for Romo, Driver, and Williams but I think that's way too much. One of the others wants Romo and Johnson for Brady or Schaub. Thoughts/suggestions?

I would probably go ahead and do the trade for Brady. Brady will, most likely, make up for the loss of production from someone like Calvin Johnson, and I think that you have a decent enough group of receivers to make up for the loss as well.
