Who to start in my flex spot??

Yahoo! non-ppr league. WR and RB scores and yardage points are equal. I have an open WR/RB spot. Should I plug in:

Donald Brown vs. St.Louis

or

Lance Moore vs. Miami

?????

In a non-PPR I start Brown. He's not looked bad at all, and when you play STL you can help yourself to a nice pile of fantasy points.
