Portis for Wayne?

Dear all,

A desperate Reggie Wayne owner said that Reggie is on the trading block if an offer is made for a running back. It is a PPR league and my WRS are bad and my RBs are good. 12 team league. Start two wr, two rb, one wr/rb flex. I am thinking of offering Clinton Portis for Reggie Wayne. Is it a good idea to upgrade receiver at the expense of having four starters at RB to play matchups with? I definitely will WHIR, please leave a link. Here is my team:
