Trade Boldin & Portis for LT? WHIR

I was offered to trade Boldin and Portis for LT, what are your thoughts?

Non-PPR with 1 point per 10 yds rush/recv and +6 bonus for TDs > 50 yds.

I have the following:

RB: Turner, R Rice, Portis, J Stewart
WR: A Johnson, Boldin, S Holmes, D Mason, L Evans, T Ginn

It's 2 WR, 2 RB, 1 flex league. I have a feeling I'm heavy @ WR and need a solid 3rd option at RB. Portis has gone through the soft part of his schedule and may really start to tank (depending upon ole Zorny). Boldin should have a solid 2nd half of the season if he can ever get healthy.

LT looked good against the Broncos (in spurts) but needs some more time before he's back to full.

I wouldn't do it. LT is done imo. Portis will still get his carries and I think Portis and Boldin is way too much for just LT!

although i'm not that high on portis, i still think that's too much for lt.

I guess I could counter with Portis and Santonio but I don't think he'll accept. Do you think this would be fair value?
