Rice for Jacobs? WHIR!!

So I've been offered Brandon Jacobs for my Sidney Rice. What would you do?

Here's my situation:

I'm in a Yahoo! league where we start 1QB, 1RB, 2WR, FLEX, TE, DEF, K

My only good running back is MJD and he's on a bye. I have Ricky Williams, who I'm not uncomfortable starting, but he's not a No. 1 back. Again, at this point, neither is Jacobs, really.

Jacobs has KILLED me in 2 leagues. Not sure what his problem is, but I can't think of a good reason why you haven't accepted this trade already. Jacobs is a prime buy low IMO, and should be worth more than Rice.

Jacobs is one of the ultimate buy lows imo.... for Rice? LOL... yes you let Rice go for the big guy. He will hopefully turn it around soon.
