I'm trying to decide on my #2 RB start this week. My options are Maroney, D Brown, and Ricky Williams. My #2 RB is the achilles of my team with McGahee now rendered to "do not start" status. Rest of my team is really solid (I'm in first place, 1st overall in points). Here are my matchups:
Maroney vs TB: I like this matchup a lot. TB run defense stinks, Maroney coming off solid game, other NE backs are banged up. I anticipate Maroney to get 18-20 touches in this game.
D Brown @ STL: This matchup is intriguing. Of course STL def is awful and chances are that Indy will get up on them early and run the ball a lot.
R Williams vs NO: This guy just doesn't go away! He's actually had a decent fantasy year so far as a #2 RB.
If Morris practices/plays on sunday I wouldnt start Maroney if not hes a must start. After that I'd go with Browns. Simply because the Colts are going to have a huge lead early on and Brown is going to get a lot of garbage time.
I would go with Brown. Great matchup and they will be up early to run the ball late and i dont like having to rely on how much the pats will run with maroney even if he does get the start.
I would roll with Maroney this week. All three are solid plays but Phoney Maroney is the only starting back. Take advantage of him while you can, because who knows if Morris will be back after the bye. NE is a mystery RBBC clusterph#c*
Williams and Brown are both nice talents, but they are #2 guys. Browns' touches have also been decreasing slightly and I think of the three, Maroney is the only guy who is liable to blow-up huge. (20+ points). I think D-Brown and Ricky are mor in the 6-14 potential range.
It's time to put down the crack-pipe and step away from the keyboard.

Go with Brown. Like everyone else said, they'll be up early and I have a strong feeling they'll just use Brown at the end so they they can conserve the injury prone Addai.
