I tend to give advice rather than receive it, but desperate times call for desperate measures. PPR league, long story short, I'm stuck with either BenJarvus Green-Ellis @TB (in London) or Lesean Mccoy vs (might be @) WAS. BJGE is a wildcard to me...he could do nothing, or he could see goal-line carries/garbage time carries/change of pace carries with Maroney since Morris/Taylor are out. On the other hand, Mccoy seems like a safer play, but with limited upside. Thoughts?
I would start BJGE here, only because he is the #2 back in NE. NE likes to change things up, and I think you'll see him play here and there more often than not. Obviously, Maroney will get the bulk of the carries, but I like they way they spread it out. Also, and maybe more convincing if it weren't for TBrady (with 6 throwing TDs when up by that much last week) is that NE will most likely be playing ahead. At this point, any "human" team would give more reps to the #2s. I think that you might see BJGE getting more looks when NE gets ahead.
I would start McCoy. The Patriots don't run the ball enough, so I don't think starting their backup RB is a good idea. I like McCoy in a PPR because I see the Eagles throwing a lot of screen passes to their RB's this week. The Skins secondary has been pretty good, so the Eagles should have success throwing short passes to the RB's.
You're right, those are tough starts either way. I think Ellis is the play thugh. That tam run d is horrendous and I don't see mcCoy getting many looks IMO.

You would think that, what with the whole Brady/Moss show. But in reality, the Pats are ranked 13th in the league in rushing, while Tampa Bay is ranked 31st in rushing defense. Maroney is in for a big day, but Green-Ellis could get some carries. Either way, McCoy and Green-Ellis are pretty bad plays, but in terms of touchdown potential and potential touches, I'd roll with Green-Ellis. Aren't there any waiver-wire claims worth making?

Unfortunately no...fairly deep 14 teamer. Guys like Fargas have been gone since draft day.
