Agreed with these rankings. Even though Jackson is on a bad team, he's still a very good running back, and most likely the best of the four running backs.

Mendenhall - Starter now and was given goal line duties even before given the starting job
Smith - only option in the backfield, so more consistency than Thomas
Thomas - Bell, Bush, and Evans take away carries, receptions, and TDs
