Trade Wells for #1 or #2 2010 rookie pick in dynasty?

I'm in a dynasty league that I've been in for about 8 years now, it's very competitive. Over the last year I've dumped a ton of my older players for younger ones and draft picks (traded away Westy, McGahee, Ryan Grant, McGahee - picked up Ray Rice, Moreno, Crabtree, Roddy White, Mendenhall, Wells). This league has 3 "practice squad" spots for rookies only that you acquire by draft, but they either stay on the practice squad or if you start them, it costs you a normal roster spot. Those 3 players of mine are currently Wells, Crabtree and Bernard Scott. I'm already trying to make moves for next year, and get rid of players I don't think will be there to help me. Should I move Wells and maybe one of my TEs to a weaker team for his first rookie pick next year which should be either the first or second pick, most likely the #2? Who's coming out next year, will they be any better than Wells?
