It's Friday

Thank god. This has been a long week and I don't even know why. I'm so glad it's almost the weekend. I have to work tonight and tomorrow, but whatever I'm not too concerned about that. Long live the weekend!!!!

As much as I like Fridays because of the impending weekend, they are generally a 20+ hour workday for me, at least this time of year, which pretty much sucks.

I had one semester where I scheduled all my classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Made for very long days, but having five days a week 'off' was pretty sweet... plus periodically I'd take a Tuesday or Thursday off as well, just so I wouldn't overwork myself

I hear ya. Most of the classes I needed to take were on Tuesdays and Thursdays anyway, which made for 10am-4pm days, but it's nice just to lump them in and have some free time in between. However, I had at least one MWF class each semester, which was a bummer when I lived off campus just to go to one class.

Too bad I only had one class like this but there was one in my undergrad days where all you needed to do was attend one 3-hour session every Monday night. The downside, of course, you can't miss one session, but again, it just makes the week even more of a breeze.

Fridays are awesome. I only have one class and then a buddy and I always have "pote Fridays" where we go to Chipotle at 2:30 (after both of our classes let out).

yeah i used to do that, although sometimes there would be a stupid Friday lab or something...the funny part was half the time i'd go to school but end up skipping class and just hanging out...i'd often wonder why i just didnt schedule myself to work instead
