My team is 3-3 right now. If you look at my starting roster this weekend, you'll see that I'll most likely be 3-4. Problem is, it might be a tight game next weekend as well. I can't afford to be 3-5. So, I'm thinking of trading a WR for a TE. I'm going to have to drop Massaquoi next week to pick up John Carlson if I don't. So maybe making a trade is the best idea. If Johnson or Gonzales or both don't play next weekend though, I'll be short players.
Moore - until he is more consistent, I don't think he has trade value Nicks - a possibility Gonzales - too much of a question mark, so don't see trade value Massaquoi - no value Johnson - biggest name value
One team has two TE: Tony Gonzales and Vernon Davis Another team has two TE: Chris Cooley and Dallas Clark One team has a good buy low TE: Witten
I see Clark as off limits. What trade offers should I put out there? Maybe a different WR for TE? Or stick to the Massaquoi for Carlson plan?

I agree with the above. I think Mega is totally overrated but I still don't think he would bring enough to make it worth trading him. You would also be seriously weakening your WR corps. What about trading Parker or Mendenhall? What are the weaknesses of the teams with 2 TEs? If they really need an RB, maybe that would work. But you should only take a very good TE for Mendenhall.
Otherwise, I agree that you should do make the move for Carlson next week.
0.5 PPR 14-team league. All TDs are 6. QB - Vick, Tannehill RB - CJ2K, TRich, Pierre Thomas, Redman, lamar miller WR - S Smith (CAR), Demaryius, Hartline, TY Hilton, Hixon TE - Witten, Chandler
I'm a firm believer in starting 3 RBs every week unless injury hits or its bye week. I've got to keep Mendy and FWP handcuffed still. The backup is of no value (Parker). So, can't go that other option. Would another receiver work in place of Johnson, like Nicks? Maybe he's too valuable to trade away for a TE or not enough value to pull it off for the TEs I've suggested?
Take a look at the FA list and see if Jermichael Finley frm GB is avalible. I'm planning on picking up Massaquoi in the hopes something happens.
