Trade Marshall+Grant for Boldin,McCoy, D.Ward

I am in a 12 team keeper league where i am currently 1-5 but have the 5th most points scored . we can keep 4 players each year. i have been offered a.boldin,L.mccoy and d.ward for my br. marshall and ryan grant. in a way i dont want to give up on this season but am trying to decide if this is a good move for seasons to come. please help. below is my roster and scoring settings.
