I will get ADP. My other RB's are Addai, Moreno, Pierre Thomas and Leon Washington. My other WR's are Fitzgerald, Calvin Johnson, Santana Moss and Lance Moore. Hopefully Calvin Johnson's injury is not too serious.
Is this a good trade?

No, I'd try trading Leon Washington and Santana Moss for him first.

I would definitely make the trade. As the above poster said, no one that knows anything is going to trade him for Moss or Washington.
