Watch games

I'm looking to watch the eagles games online(Eagles fan transplanted to NYC). Does anyone know where I can view games online without having to give my e-mail or mailing address? I don't mind paying per game, but I do not want to get spam e-mails/mail. As well I do not want to purchase an entire "package". Or a place where they have ads you sit through to watch games. I assume asking about free places to watch with half decent quality is not kosher in the community.
