I was offered Slaton for K. Smith in a 12 team standard cbs sports league. No ppr and 6 pts for td's with 5 pt bonuses for 100 yards along with 1 pt for every 10 yards. I really need advise bad. This has to be complete today. I'm 3-3 and need a win and K. Smith is on the bye along with Chris Johnson & Sims Walker who are on my roster. I still want to make the right move long term as well as for this week. Other option could be contering with Sim Walker for Addai but not sure if he would do. Big question is thoughts on Slaton vs. K. Smith. Sorry for the long post

Thanks for the RB help
5pt. bonus over 100, yes, I do this. Slaton has alot better shot at 100 total yards than Smith plus, I like Salton better the rest of the way.

I think I would take Slaton, but it's close. Will you be in a similar predicament in week 10 with Slaton's bye? Kevin Smith is a good back, but there have been a couple games where he gets somewhat phased out due to the team playing from behind.

The bonus is for either 100 yards rushing or 100 receiving...not a combination. Not sure if that changes anything

I comes down to sked and Smith's sked sucks. With Johnson hurting team well stack the line on Smith as well, so go with Slaton. If it's a keeper league stick to Smith.

I'd take Slaton over K. Smith, both for this week and for the long run.

I would take Slaton the rest of the way but its close. Kevin Smith gets like 25 touches a game so even if teams stack the line he'll still get reasonable scoring. However, I still take Slaton the Houston offense is awesome

Just received counter of Slaton & M. Bell for K. Smith and Sims Walker. I know that's a lot but I'm getting killed with Walker and Smith on the bye and I need to win this week. I have Thomas so Bell would be good handcuff. Need Help.

That price is too steep. Don't make a bad trade just because you are feeling desperate.
