Return to Draft, Trade, & Waiver Questions

In a non-PPR league and have ok depth at RB; Adrian Peterson, Clinton Portis, Moreno and looking to drop McGahee and maybe trade some WR to pick-up another RB. Looks like Willis has pretty much been eliminated from the offense the past 3 weeks after an unbelievable first 3 weeks.
Would you risk cutting ties with Willis and either go on waiver for RB (Fred Jackson) or make trade with some WR depth I have for back (Ricky Williams)???

Have you thought about a trade with the Rice owner - move Willis as a cuff? I'd cut him to get a WR3/4 at this point regardless.
Mine?

I am in the same boat - I tried to trade Willis to the Rice owner to no avail. Willis is droppable. He is getting no touches, strangely. But, he is one tough matchup away from having value again... Dump him if you cant hold on to him.

I would drop him since you seem to have enough depth at RB ... do you start any Flex positions?
