Trade Sidney Rice for Caddy Williams?

I have been offered a trade for Caddy Williams. I give up Sidney Rice for him. My RB and WR are:

DWill
Portis
Julius Jones

Vjax
Colston
Cotchery
A Miles
S Rice

I suppose I could afford to give up Rice to gain some RB depth, but wondering if its a good trade. He has Housh and SimsWalker on a bye and needs a wideout, and I would get Caddy for depth as I think I am starting Portis Monday night.

He is also willing to take Miles in place of Rice. Would you sell either WR for Caddy?

I think you need a rb more than a WR. I think i would do that deal, BUT first I would test the waters and see if you can nab a slightly better running back than Caddy. I also would see if maybe he would do it with Austin instead. I think Austin's value is at the highest it is and Rice's will only increase. At the end of the day if nothing else I would do it.

Can you please help me out on mine???
