WR dilemma - Driver, Wayne, and Jackson - pick 2

I am having trouble choosing my 2nd WR. Wayne is a no brainer, but which of these do I select as my 2nd

I'd go with Jackson man, San Diego can't lose a 2nd divisional game in as many weeks so I think they come out swinging and go up big.
