NE or PHI def for this week?? WHIR

Philly looks like a slam dunk this week against a mess of a team in Washington. NE is playing an equally bad team but they have to travel to Europe to prove it. Who would you start?

I would go with NE. The Bucs are in worse shape than the Skins.
