I would be getting Beanie and Crayton.
I know on the surface this may seem like a bad move- BUT- My reason for the move is bc I think I am pretty deep at WR. RBs are most important and behind Ricky, I don't have much depth (my back ups would be EDGE or FORSETT). I think Beanie is buy very low right now. I think he will blow up by week 9 and I also think that though Crayton just lost his starting job, niether Roy Williams nor Miles Austin have proven they can stay healthy. I do lose Ocho who is my best receiver so it may be too much, but do I have the depth at WR to make up for it?
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME OUT?!!
My running backs (Start 3)
RICKY WILLIAMS
MBIII
SLATON
EDGE
FORSETT
RINGER
My Recievers (Start 4)
OCHO
T.O.
EDWARDS
MANNINGHAM
KNOX
BRYANT
GARCON

You are giving up way too much. What's your scoring in this league? Can you post the other guy's roster?

no way I even consider that trade. I think you can do alot better than that with ocho. Try to target a team thats thin at Wr or just needs a wr for a bye week. Beanie and Crayton are both on the wire in all 3 of my leagues, but I if you were to Ocho on the wire he would be gone an a second.

ROSTER/10 team
QB-P.Manning/A.Luck
RB-McCoy/T.Richardson/Mathews/D.Richardson
WR-AJ Green/V.Cruz/D.Thomas/T.Smith/J.Gordon
FLEX- RB/WR
TE-H.Miller/M.Bennet

I think you are overrating Beanie. As an OSU fan I love Beanie, but I'm not sure if he will ever be a top rb in the league. I would not do this deal.
