TE - Cooley (Wash) or Winslow (TB)

I was leaning Winslow because of Cooley's blocking role the last two games. But, apparently, Washington is opening up the roster spot for their injured lineman, and they obviously will need Cooley against Philly, and Tampa sucks, so.... what do you think? Play Cooley over Winslow?

I think its pretty much a toss up but Id go with Cooley, I mean who else is Jason Campbell/Todd Collins going to throw to?
