Are there any free sites that email you injury updates??? What about free sites that have up to date injury information?? Where does everyone check? Thanks!

I'm waiting to hear how Troy Walters, Todd Heap, and Torry Holt are doing.

I use one, but I can't remember the name. I get emails througout the week updating the injuries and stuff. I will give you the site as soon as I get anotehr email and I have the name.

I use http://www.kffl.com. They have daily updates on a variety of things under their "NFL Hot Off the Wire" section. I've heard that their reports can be inaccurate at times, but I haven't been given any bum information from them all season.
