Return to Draft, Trade, & Waiver Questions

I am thinking about sending the guy who just lost Chris Cooley a trade where he would receive Todd Heap. In return, I'd be getting Laurence Maroney. With LT, Pierre Thomas and Sammy Morris my only RBs in a 16 team league, I desperately need more depth.
I just picked up Tony Sheffler, who I think will be big the rest of the year and I likely won't even trade Heap. Is this a good trade or should I try to get more?

Absolutely offer that trade. A decent to good RB is always more valuable than a mediocre to good TE. And sounds like you already have a replacement.

I think this is a very fair offer and perfect timing by you! Heap is a solid TE in a 16 team league and he'd probably be hard pressed to find another TE even close to that at this point. I think Maroney would be a good get for your team as you could really use the RB help right now. I guess it will all come down to how deep his RB's are and what his TE outlook is going forward.
