HELP PLEASE!! I am thinking of picking up DET D

I have Pitt defense and they are on a bye this week. I am thinkung hard of pickup Det. Lions for this week. They play the awful Rams. Would yo pick them up or one of these that are available:

Det.
Stl
Seattle
Houston
Jax

I assume ARI and DAL are not available?....If not I think I would go with STL for similar reasons against the pitiful Lions. Good luck!
