Start:
Phillip Rivers - Obvious
Larry Fitzgerald - Obvious
Percy Harvin - WR & Return yards
Danny Amendola - Return yards
DeAngelo Williams - Obvious
Darren Sproles - Return yards
Joshua Cribbs - Return yards
Shonn Green - Keep in mind, stock went up with Leon Washingtons injury (I dropped Leon for Shonn)

Bench:
Donald Driver
Steve Smith (Car) - Projected high, hasn't been consistent

With the premium on catches AND return yards, I think you have it right. Driver is kind of boom or bust and won't get a ton of catches, and Smith needs WAY more than one above-average week to be trusted on a weekly basis
