Turner/Boldin for Ronnie/Housh 100% WHIR

Postby JoeyBallgame » Wed Oct 28, 2009 8:05 pm

10 team league, Standard scoring, PPR, 2 player keeper.

I give:

R. Brown
T.J. Housh
J. Finley

I get:

M. Turner
A. Boldin
V. Schiancoe

TE's are a bye week situation this week. The other 4 players are obviously the bigger part of the trade. Im currently 3-4, 1 game out of the last playoff spot. I feel like I need to make a move. Is this the right one? Any help is greatly appreciated, and as always leave a link and I WHIR.

I would do the trade, but it's close. What tips it for me is that Turner does not really share the backfield and gets the goalline carries on a potent offense. Ricky eats into ronnie's value and while ronnie has still put up great numbers, I'm worried the carries will start to even out seeing how well Ricky is playing. Also, I see Boldin as much better than Housh. Not sure about the extent of Boldin's ankle injury though, so I would check on that first.

I like the trade for you, the rb's are a wash to me. I like Boldin better than TJ, espically the way TJ is playing this year. And you really upgrade at te. Good luck.

I like the trade for you. Turner hasn't been great; but Ronnie is inconsistent and I don't think you can count on his numbers going forward. You know ATL is going to keep feeding Turner. Boldin is a better option than Housh provided that he is healthy. He played last week and there seem to be no setbacks so I am comfortable with this. Seattle just has NO running game and they have a myriad of problems on offense that I don't see TJ producing there this year. If you can do it, do it.

Also....any help on mine is appreciated, good luck making the playoffs:

I would do the trade. You only end up improving your team. Good luck on making the playoffs.
