McNabb or Garrard (WHIR)

HELP!
I drafted a great team that's performed horribly thus far which has resulted in a 2-5 record.
Luckily, nobody in my division is better than 4-3, so I've still got a shot.

I've got a bunch of matchups to decide on.
Standard scoring except 1 point for every 15 return yards.

My biggest concern is which QB to start.

Garrard @TEN
McNabb vs. NYG

McNabb has been burning me lately, and I got a great return from Garrard in his last game against Tennessee. However, the Giants secondary has been very beatable.
Should I go with my instincts and start Garrard?

All of my skill positions are up for grabs too.

RB M. Forte
RB T. Jones
RB P. Thomas
WR R. White
WR T. Houshmanzadeh
WR D. Hester
WR K. Walter

We start 1RB, 2WR and 1FLEX

My plan was to go with Jones, Roddy, Hester and either Forte or Pierre.
Pierre has seen his production drop off greatly over the past few weeks, but has a juicy matchup.
Forte's matchup is even juicier, but he had only 3 carries last week and has been a huge bust. I could start Housh at the flex, but he's up against Newman in Dallas. Not exactly a cakewalk. On this one, my gut is to go with Forte as the Browns have been pretty awful.

What do you guys think?

Garrard is one of those QB's who no matter how many good games he has just doesn't give a warm and fuzzy...still, McNabb doesn't seem to be doing that great and its definitely official that Tenn's def isn't very good, so the matchup is more favorable.

I like Forte & Jones for RB's and you might want to keep an eye on A Johnson's health, if he can't go maybe Walter needs a closer look as a WR2? Can't say I've paid much attention to Pierre, so take my advice with a grain of salt!

I would say Garrard and I prefer Forte over PT in the match ups!
