Did I make the right move here?

Well here is a deal that I made in my dynasty league, it is PPR

I gave Desean Jackson, James Lauranitis and a 4th round pick

I recieved Ray Rice and EJ Henderson.

Everyone in my league is saying that I gave up the youth and i gave to much. But here what I was looking at. Im a rebuilding team and giving up those two were tough, BUT I have also have collected 3 first round picks and 4 second round picks in this years draft. Now with our settings, Ray Rice is the third best back in the league. And I have a feeling that in this years draft there is more star power at WR then at RB, and I can always get another good young linebacker as well.

Do you think it was worth it?

I think it was a good deal. Rice can be very good for several years. I wouldn't worry about it. Good deal from my view.
