Trade involving Moss & Turner

I have the chance to get Michael Turner and Sidney Rice in part of a rather large trade that I'm currently negotiating. One stipulation of the deal so far has been that Randy Moss must be a part of the package of players that I'm giving up. My question is would Randy Moss be too much to give up (along with some of my non-starters) in return for Michael Turner and Sidney Rice?

TE: Vernon Davis
K: Matt Stover
D/ST: Bengals

BENCH: Alex Smith / Mark Sanchez /Jamal Lewis / Julius Jones / Jeremy Maclin / Percy Harvin / Texans DST

That's a tough one because I still see Moss as the #1 in the deal. I love Rice though. I'd probably make the trade but I'd have to see your roster.
