Postby jaykla » Thu Oct 29, 2009 4:19 pm

Do I accept this trade? -- Or do I try to counter-offer.

He has Turner, but keeps asking for Fitz in the deal and I'm not doing that.

We get 1/2 point per reception.

I GET:
Jacobs, Cal.Johnson, and J.Carlson

I GIVE:
P.Thomas, M.Bell, G.Jennings, A.Gates

Please help -- WHIR.

I would rather have an inconsistent jennings than an injured johnson with a shitty qb throwing to him. also i like your qb's than jacobs.

i would not do this trade.

Jacobs hasn't been doing much - I think I'd almost have Pierre and co. I think I'd stand pat.

Help me please? viewtopic.php?f=18&t=458182&p=3137523#p3137523

I just received 1 counter-offer including M.Turner.

Am I giving up too much here? - Not sure if the upgrade with Turner makes this better for me overall??

His Counter-Offer to Me:

I GIVE: Thomas, Jennings, Gates

What I like on the first one
I GET:
Jacobs, Cal.Johnson, and J.Carlson

I GIVE:
P.Thomas, M.Bell, G.Jennings, A.Gates

I like:
You get a definite starter (I have PT and was excited...but am currently worried) in Jacobs AND a great WR. However, with Megatron injured you will suffer in the short term. Can your team sustain that kind of a loss? Meaning, what is your record? Plus, they each ahve sick playoff schedules

I dont like
You are selling low on Gates I fear. Gates has a GREAT playoff schedule as well, as does the NOrleans RB corp. GJennings I wouldnt worry about. I'm a diehard packer fan, and while he could bounce back there is just too much going on with the O-line to be sure. If the oline gets it togetehr, he will be amazing but sadly taht is a pretty big if. Plus, their schedule in weeks 14,15 stinks!

Overall
I think it's close to even but you are losing two guys with great playoff schedules and I hate doing that. How do you feel about it? This any help?

PS I want Turner as you know BUT you are giving up WAY!!!! TOO !!!! MUCH!!! IN THAT SECOND DEAL !!!! DON'T DO IT!
