I cannot believe this move, Keyshawn may have been a selfish player, but he still has great talent. He is a great run blocker and they need him. They now have no chance to make the playoffs but I do enjoy seeing selfish Wr's take a hit every once in a while.

maybe keyshawn could play with his cousin chad... that would be quite a good WR duo.

Why would it be a great duo? Nobody wants to pay that slacker. I am sorry, but Keyshawn is one of the most over rated players in the game. I know of another one, but I will not mention his name or I may get killed... :-#

Yeah, Keyshawn wasn't planning to come back to TB next year anyway. As someone said, he sold his house. The deactivation basically means that Keyshawn can't come to any games but will continue to get paid.

any jackass that says to the coach that he would rather retire than play for him again should be banished from the league.

I think people who think this hurts Tampa Bay a lot are severly underestimating how disruptive a problem player can be. Kevin Johnson isn't nearly the troublemaker that Keyshawn has been, but Cleveland didn't seem to be hurting too badly after losing their #1 WR. Tampa Bay will be just fine, probably better.

What is it with "K Johnsons," anyway?
