In a PPR league I would much rather have Slaton and Welker than Williams and Harvin.
Here's mine:

After week 2, I traded Darren McFadden and Donald Driver for Slaton and Welker, in a .75 PPR league, and not only am I currently in first place, at 7-1, but I have had most of the other people in my 12-team league try to trade me for Welker.
Welker is a hands-down stud in a PPR league. Get him before the other guy changes his mind.

Williams -> Slaton isn't much of a downgrade in PPR, and Welker is miles above Harvin. Take the trade.

Ditto to the above. In PPR this is a no-brainer. Not sure why the guy is willing to trade to be honest.
