Dynasty Trade Offers; Do I take one?

12 team idp dynasty non ppr(all tds 6pts). start qb, 2rb, 3wr, 1te, 1k, 2dl, 3lb, 2db. allowed to keep an entire starting lineup plus an off and def rookie.

this trade only involves offensive players and i'm lazy.

This offer forces me to make a decision on who to keep between smith, jackson and williams while giving up a young wr who currently is a horrible passing game.

Just for the record, this is a keeper league not a dynasty(they are not the same)
Dynasty = entire roster retained
Keeper = certain number of players are retained
